Driving the Innovation Culture at Boost Connect

Every department in Boost Connect understands the importance of innovation. This means investing in research and development, encouraging all our people to think outside the box, and applying our insights to make a real impact.

As an example: at Boost Connect, to stay ahead of the curve, we are constantly pushing boundaries and thinking of better ways to create value for our partners. That is why we have a culture that encompasses 3 principles.

  1. Encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and developing new creative ideas.

First, to encourage experimentation, risk-taking, and creativity, we rolled out Idea Box. This is the platform where we encourage all our people to share any idea that can positively impact the day-to-day running of the organization, customer experience or the products we develop. We go through every idea submitted by Boosties.

Secondly, before we begin to develop any innovation, Boosties run ideas through the mill to make sure we deeply understanding the pain points in the market of our internal processes. Any proposed innovation goes through a vigorous vetting process, involving an extensive Research process to identify the root cause of a Problem.

Finally, we use those insights to create Solutions To The Problem Discussed – for ourselves and our business partners. Boosties huddle together to keep massaging the ideas to make sure it achieves a high level of viability. Prototypes are Developed and Tested before the idea is finally rolled out internally/externally.

  • Storefront – An in-app and web storefront that lets our partners’ customers easily discover digital services and provides seamless conversion to payment on existing and new digital assets.
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) – Microfinance solutions customised to meets our partners’ specific needs like a silk glove.
